Brett is a BSc. Management graduate of the University of the West Indies (UWI), certified project manager (PMP®), certified usability analyst (CUA™) and MBA graduate of Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. Brett gained marketing and creative experience as the design lead for a US north east consulting firm, as head of creative for the largest retailer in the Caribbean, as a freelance designer/marketing consultant, as a digital marketing consultant for one of the world's largest office supplies companies, as a business analyst/product owner for an international firm, a user experience product owner for the largest energy company in the U.S., and as a content management system administrator for a large European conglomerate.

Meisha-Gaye, certified project manager (PMP®), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Purdue University), International Business graduate of the University of Birmingham City (England), and MBA graduate of Lynn University (Florida), manages Magneus' operations.  Meisha-Gaye has experience gained from an array of roles in blue chip companies and law firms in England and the United States. In addition to her role as Project Management Consultant managing all workflows, Meisha-Gaye is front and center, ensuring the complete satisfaction of our clients.

Kerri is a certified proofreader/editor with over two decades of experience. She has proofread/edited 20+ million words, including book manuscripts, corporate content, PhD theses, university admission essays, term papers (CMoS, APA, MLA, etc.), CVs/resumes, cover letters, and academic journal articles. Kerri holds a diploma in education (Mico College), a BA (University of the West Indies [UWI]), two MAs (UWI & University of Warwick [England]), and a PhD (University of Warwick). Kerri is passionate about making writing clear, concise, and compelling.

On August 12, 2025, we lost our beloved father, Jeffrey Cobham, whose wisdom and integrity continue to inspire us.
 

Jeffrey retired as Managing Director of National Commercial Bank, the Caribbean’s largest bank. He later served as a director of Jamaica’s National Development Bank and, for more than 12 years, as a director of Sagicor, the region’s leading financial group. He also guided academic advancement as Chairman of the Finance Sub-Committee at the University of the West Indies’ Jamaica campus.
 

Beyond his distinguished career, Jeffrey was a devoted father, husband and mentor. His legacy of hard work, humility, and service lives on in our family and all who were touched by his leadership.
